1. Purpose.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs Customer’s and its End Customers (as defined herein) use of the Assistable Platform’s and the Services’ generative artificial intelligence features, including any voice or chat assistant functionality, automated outputs, or model-generated content (“AI Outputs”). By using the Assistable Platform and Services, Customer agrees to comply with this Policy, which is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement with Assistable (the “Agreement”) by reference.
2. Acceptable Use of AI Outputs.
Customer and its End Customers may use the AI Outputs solely for lawful, internal business purposes in accordance with the Agreement, this Policy, and all applicable Laws and regulations. Customer is responsible for determining whether and how to use the AI Outputs in its operations, products, or services. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all End Customers’ use is in compliance with his Policy.
3. Prohibited Uses.
Neither Customer nor its End Customers shall use, or permit any third party to use, the Assistable Platform, the Services or AI Outputs:
In High-Risk or Regulated Contexts, including but not limited to medical diagnosis or treatment, legal or financial advice, emergency response, aviation, autonomous vehicles, or any application where reliance on AI-generated content could lead to personal injury, death, or significant damage;
To Disseminate Misinformation, including generating or distributing content that is false, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise harmful, particularly in connection with elections, public safety, or regulated industries;
For Discriminatory or Harmful Purposes, including generating content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, invasive of privacy, or promotes violence or hate;
To Violate Intellectual Property Rights, including generating or using AI Outputs in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any third party;
To Mislead Users, including passing off AI Outputs as human-generated without appropriate disclosure, or failing to inform End Customers when they are interacting with an AI system;
To Circumvent Security, reverse-engineer, or test the Assistable Platform or any of the Services for vulnerabilities outside of permitted testing environments or in a manner inconsistent with Assistable's documentation or guidance;

For Bypassing Usage Restrictions, including rate limits, access controls, or content filtering mechanisms.
4. Customer Responsibilities.
Customer is responsible for:
End Customer Management.
Customer must ensure that all End Customers who interact with or benefit from AI
Outputs:
Are made aware that they are interacting with an AI system;
Understand that outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, and should not be solely relied upon;
Use the AI Outputs only for permitted purposes.
Output Review and Verification.
Customer must review and independently validate any AI Outputs before relying on them or incorporating them into End Customer-facing products or services.
Compliance with Applicable Law:
Customer must ensure that its use of AI and the AI Outputs complies with all applicable data privacy, consumer protection, and industry-specific regulations, including any obligations related to transparency, consent, or disclosures.
Disclosure to End Users.
If Customer provides AI-generated responses to End Customers (e.g., via branded assistants, customer service bots, or embedded products), Customer must clearly disclose that:
The content may not be reviewed or verified by a human;
Users should not rely on the responses as professional advice or factual assertions without further review;
The responses are generated by AI.
Customer shall implement reasonable contractual and technical controls to enforce these requirements, including incorporating restrictions into its own End Customer terms and usage guidelines.
5. No Warranties on AI Output.
Assistable makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or usefulness of any AI Output. Outputs may be speculative, contain errors, or reflect unintended bias. Assistable disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from Customer’s or its End Customers’ reliance on, or use of, such AI Outputs.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement.
Assistable may monitor use of the Assistable Platform and the Services for compliance purposes. If Customer or its End Customers violate this Policy, Assistable may suspend or terminate access to the Assistable Platform and the Services and/or require Customer to take corrective action, including limiting End Customer access or providing additional disclosures.
7. Modifications.
Assistable may update this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Assistable Platform and Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Reporting Violations.
Suspected violations of this Policy may be reported to [email protected]
9. Definitions.
For purposes of this Acceptable Use Policy “End Customer” means any third party that accesses or interacts with the AI Outputs as a result of Customer’s use of the Assistable Platform or the Services, including Customer’s Authorized Parties (as defined in the Agreement), clients, users, or customers.
