This Refund, Dispute, and Revenue Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between you (“User” or “Customer”) and Assistable.ai (“Assistable.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our AI assistant and tools services. By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which are designed to protect our revenue operations and ensure the uninterrupted provision of our services.
1.1 No Refunds:
All sales of our products and services are final. Assistable.ai does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, except where such prohibition is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms:
Your purchase or subscription confirms your acceptance of this Policy, and you agree that no refund shall be due, regardless of any changes in circumstance or service utilization.
2.1 No Tolerance for Disputes:
Assistable.ai maintains a strict policy of non-engagement with disputes. Any dispute, whether initiated through chargebacks, formal complaints, or any other means, is deemed invalid, and you hereby forfeit any right to contest or challenge any fees or charges incurred.
2.2 Immediate Resolution in Our Favor:
Should a dispute be filed or initiated, it will result in an immediate decision in favor of Assistable.ai, with no liability or obligation to alter or reverse the charges rendered. By using our services, you agree that any attempt to dispute a charge will be resolved exclusively in our favor.
3.1 Penalty Fee:
Any User who initiates a dispute against Assistable.ai shall be liable for a penalty fee of $15,000 per dispute. This fee is intended to cover the administrative, legal, and operational costs associated with processing and resolving such disputes.
3.2 Enforcement:
Assistable.ai reserves the right to enforce this penalty fee through all available legal means. Your agreement to these terms is a condition of your access to our Services.
4.1 Prohibition on Chargebacks:
Any chargeback or reversal of payment initiated through your bank or credit card issuer shall be deemed a material breach of this Policy and your agreement with Assistable.ai. In such an event, Assistable.ai reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover disputed funds and any associated costs.
4.2 Termination for Non-Payment:
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback may result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services, without notice, and may also lead to further legal action to secure recovery of the amounts due.
5.1 Integration with Terms of Service:
This Policy is an integral and binding part of our overall Terms of Service. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the provisions set forth herein.
5.2 Supersession:
This Policy supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations—whether written or oral—relating to refunds, disputes, or revenue-related issues.
6.1 Right to Modify:
Assistable.ai reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
6.2 Continued Use:
Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
